Property and Cancellation Policies :
Regular Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be accepted without charge, if notice is received by HOTEL Reservations Office three (3) days or more prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellations made less than three (3) days prior to arrival and/or “no-shows” are subject to a one (1) night room revenue cancellation charge. For PEAK periods, cancellations made less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival and/or “no-shows” are subject to a (1) night room revenue cancellation charge. Cancellation fee for Peak Season: Reservations for stays between 28 December 2018 to 03 January 2019 must be cancelled (30) days prior to arrival date to avoid the 1 night cancellation fee.
Group reservations of 10 rooms or more will be assessed a 1 night cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival.

Security Deposit: Upon check-in, a $100 security deposit will be collected and refunded upon check-out if there are no incidental charges (telephone calls, movies, room charges, etc.). Monthly Stay Security Deposit: 1 Month Rent
